- Service Description: AirGO Transfer provides private transfer services to and from Antalya Airport and surrounding regions. All transfers are carried out based on advance reservations.
- Reservation and Confirmation: Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or email. A reservation is only considered valid after it has been confirmed by us.
- Payment Terms: Payments can be made in cash or by credit card before or during the service. No prepayment is required for bookings made via our website; payments can be collected upon arrival.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are non-refundable. For details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
- Passenger Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., flight number, arrival time, number of passengers). AirGO Transfer cannot be held liable for issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect data.
- Delays and Force Majeure: AirGO Transfer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen technical issues beyond our control. In such cases, passengers will be informed accordingly
- Limitation of Liability: AirGO Transfer is only responsible for services that have been properly booked and confirmed. We do not accept responsibility for third-party services or any external websites linked from ours.
- Right to Modify: AirGO Transfer reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
- Disputes and Governing Law: Any disputes arising will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Antalya courts and enforcement offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
