1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation at no cost up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time are considered last-minute and are non-refundable, as the vehicle and driver will already be assigned.

3. Flight Cancellations or Delays

In the event of a flight cancellation or significant delay, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your transfer without additional charges, subject to availability.

4. No-Show Policy

If the passenger fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, the full transfer amount will be charged.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. We accept both cash and credit card payments.
